any release notes? what is etsi? and for what version?

I applied this, adds several new things, however, the firewall seems to slow your connection down a bit, so I got it disabled. It also added channel 12 and 13 for me, which I guess means it's for the european version of the router or something.

Using this firmware as well. Seems very similar to 1.41.2 with the cisco layout. VPN has more features, filtering features added for firewall. Website url blocking and keyword blocking added.

Do all euro firmwares have channels 12,13? Is it illegal to use these channels in the americas?

Well its upto you if you want to download it. You can just email linksys for it if you want. I just added the link so people didnt have to email for it.

Yes all euro firmwares have channels 12,13. As for isit illegal to use these channels in the US i dont know.
