Ok, I was in Frontpage, fooling around. I'm not a big HTML wiz. Ok, I did this page. You can download the RAR file, extract and run the Index.html from it. You can see also a screen shot of it if you are lazy. Basically, it keeps the current view even if you resize it.

So, what do you think?
