Means that router is discarding some ICMP packets. Nothing to worry about since ICMP reaches the next hops in your trace.

Basically the router is configured to forward ICMP requests but not to send an ACK (acknowledgement) packet when it receives the request.

This is done to help prevent DDoS attacks and also to lessen the load on the router.
