My problem with this company is the return policy. They charge a restocking fee on EVERYTHING they sale. I can understand why a company may charge you for returns on computers,notebooks,printers and such. But COMP USA charges u for all returns. NO one else in Dallas does this.
I have had to return 2 items to CompUSA in the past and did not have to pay the return fees, why, because I make the biggest scene about it 
The first time I went there and I saw that I had to pay a return fee on an opened item I was furious. How in the world would I know I would have issues with the product I bought unless I didn't try? Therefore I had to open the product...
Don't pay the fees.
