|  tracert seems to fail
My application goes to another web site and posts and screen scrapes lots of pages and then builds a web page which I display. It seems not to be able to get to that web site, right now. Here is a tracert, from a different server. It always(last 20 hours) breaks at at-cpe-doitt.appliedtheory.net . Who is that and how do I tell if they just have IMCP pinging turned off?

looks like they are set to deny pings.
the page loads successfully, but i cannot ping or tracert to it.

Some of the Back Bone Providers and ISPs like Level3 and Covad are blocking ICMP traffic ever since those worms came out.
