Special thanks to rockotman for his paint-by-number technique.
The goal of this thread is for one of the members of the forum to share a photographic technique with the rest of the forum. Then we can all practice this technique & upload our results. The technique doesn't have to be limited to digital editing. It can be related to other things as well, like exposure, depth-of-field, etc. A good example of a technique thread can be found here.
Who would like to share a technique with the forum? |

I created this image using Photoshop as follows: Take an image of your choice (preferably without an extremely busy background) and type huge letters over the image (whatever color you think is appropriate). Then lower the opacity on the letters to about 40% or so. Then all you do is zoom in very closely on the image and erase the portion of the letters that cover the object in the image that you want to stand out (in this case my wife and I). Try it out....it's a lot of fun......really. -- My Web Site is Here. |
