EDIT -- Yeah yeah, I know the administration started in 2001, even though I mismarked it on the little graph

Halliburton is down around 15 bucks ($40ish in Jan 2001 -- currently $24ish)since the current administration got settled in.

Are their execs really that inept to be unable to even simply maintain a stock price despite all this favor and "legislation" they're getting from the Vice President (who I wasn't aware was part of the legislative branch)?
