Ouch is right. Are you sure a tree didn't knock over a utility pole outside your house?!(JK) It definitely looks like a line issue with Insight. Either that or your cable modem turned into a 56k modem. I would be on the phone with Insight if it don't speed up soon.

My speeds are looking good »/speedte···66718476 But I do feel that when downloading or streaming, the speeds will go up and down. Sometimes, webpages will hang, then load the rest of the site up. I've been really happy with my connection for the past month or so. I did have some trouble tonight reinstalling my router, but all is good now.
Also, I've been having a lot of trouble with my connection about a few months ago. I thank Insight for all they've done to get everything running correctly. phatTweaker  , that would be a good idea to call them if your speeds don't go back up. If someone can get out there and check everything. They may find something that could be causing your low speeds.

I've been having problems with my connection also. Not as slow at PhatTweakers but slow enough. 300k down and 100k up. That was last week though. Things are starting to improve a bit. Recently did a speed test and was over 2000k dn / 350k up. |

I just looked at my modem's (SB4100) signal page and it shows 31dB for signal to noise ratio..is this within spec?

I'm in the Noblesville area as well and I'm getting around 800/120. Not exactly what I would call the greatest speeds. Not to mention pings in games keep climbing up. Went from what used to be about a 60ms ping to around a 120ms ping now. The sad thing is that I am the only one on my node as well. |
