[XP] help help

just wondering i need some help every time i open my internet there is an errr what says do you want to debug i dont know what this means can some one please help me out when i open it it wants me to change somthing and i dont know how to.

It sounds like it's a script error relating to the page you are viewing. There's nothing you can do to correct it, unless you made the page, but you can disable it under Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced. Put a check beside "disable script debugging."

click - Tools - Internet Options - Advanced
Click RESTORE DEFAULTS then make sure
DISABLE SCRIPT DEBUGGING has a check mark
