 RWIN setup for PC's behind the firewall

After a few days of messing with the TCP settings, I think finally have a good setup on my ADSL host .

Just wondering if anyone has an opinion about whether or not the PC's behind the "ADSL host" (running RASPPPOE) should set thier RWIN to match the "ADSL host"?
