Over the last few weeks, I 've been getting nearly identical SPAM (four so far, all reported via spamcop. The headers are not important, they always seem to use different relays in korea and elsewhere).
Anyway, they are in violation of California spam laws. Can anyone dig up more information (dirt) on this outfit? What is the legality of this operation.
The site itself is hosted in China, but the support phone numbers are US/Canada toll-free.

This seems to be scam operation that has been in business for a couple of months. If you go to their site, the "There are no catches! no hidden costs! This is 100% completely legitimate! You'll have to see it to believe it!" suddenly sounds very different. It turns out that you basically buy wothless
messenger SPAMMER software, which then places you on a cycle for a certain product that you'll probably never receive.
For example, the front page sentence:
A guarantee to receive your free gift upon cycling out... turns into the following on the TOS page:
WE DISCLAIM ANY LOSS OR LIABILITY RESULTING FROM:
the failure for whatever reason to continue to provide any services or promotional programsIn any case, the TOS itself is a work of art (not), read it for yourself.
... Oh almost forgot ... and to comply with their TOS:
