You should be getting 2 meg down now as our area has been upgraded to everyone getting 2000/128.

Have you tried resetting your modem? (Sticking a pin thru the little hole on the back. When you do this the first three green lights and the bottom orange light will flash)

If that does not work I would ask for a service call.
