I don't have their account info handy to call a ticket in, but my client's DSL line is down. Can I pop an IP address/phone # to someone here to check it?

If there is something wrong with the SBC side of the equation, he can usually determine that for you pretty quickly.
If it's a billing matter, he won't be able to discuss that with you since it's a third party client but for any technical issues, that shouldn't be a problem at all. Just send him a PM with the client's phone number and ask him to check out the line. |
