| Re: Whats Going On In Knoxville TN!!?? I had DNS problems in Kingsport, with the solution being I *finally* got a new DNS address from Charter Tech. I plugged that in as a hard coded address, not DHCP, and no more problems.
However, I had called 6 or more times over the previous months to get things fixed, and they blamed it on: My router, my signal strength, my modem setup, and well it is working now!
Keep calling - they will get it fixed eventually. Your speed to Charter's mail and Web pages should be *very* good, if not, call them everyday to complain - Remember the squeaky (not obnoxious) wheel gets the grease!! |
