First call: I got a person with very poor English skills who managed to answer a couple basic questions. Very obvious that answers were being read from a script. One of my DSL questions required that I speak with a tech and they don't come in until 11:00AM, so if you are with out DSL or phone service you are _______. Second call: Been either on hold or redialing for 45 minutes just to talk to someone for additional information. I was also advised that I could not just get DSL service that I had to buy a package that included phone service if I wanted their DSL service. I do not need dial tone if I have a stable DSL connection and voice over IP. Their website is also useless no pricing or package detail information. Promos are scanned copies of newspaper advertising that is very hard to read and misleading. VERY SCAREY I wont be doing any business with these folks anytime soon. |
