OK,
Now I understand what everyone has been saying about the so called "DSL" technicians. I've contacted numerous people, including my sales rep and I'm still without IP info after 4 days. I've had 3 people tell me that I would be given my IP information the next day, it's now 3 days after the first time I was told that. The self install kit was great and I was able to sync up with COVAD, but now I'm just staring at my green lights with no connectivity. It really bothers me that it's not a connectivity problem, but an operational problem that is delaying me from being online. If you're a DSL technician please send your resume to A+Net, they have to be in desperate need of DSL technicians or they just don't care about the consumer, which is it? |
