I was just re-reading my post and I notice there were so many errors because I'm still frasurated.
Let me clearify about the Efficient Router. I have the Efficient Router use as a Gateway and my NetGear Router as a regular router. Since it was my 9th call to technical support. They have gave me all the solutions they can. First, give me a list of DNS servers to try for the first 4 calls. After I was tire, I ask them to give me all the DNS server so I don't have to call back. So I still experience with dns ping timeout. I call them and they said it is my Efficient Router problem with the DNS hardwire into. That's the word hardwire that technical support use. Anyway, he said he remove it. So I give it try shoot. But still happens. So I call back and complaint and then ask me to give them a list of DNS servers that I got which was so tendious... Anyway, I follow through and give me some dns servers. Again, the same problems. Finally I got a chance to speak to Tony who claim to be the Technical Manager when I ask to speak to a Technical Manager. He told me it was my NetGear Router and told me to use Efficient Router for now and see if I still a ping time out. Now, I'm still experience the ping time out. So tomorrow, I'll call back and see what they have to say. hehe... I'll keep you guys updated on this.
Oh yeah, I told them over the phone that I got ping timeout and told them to ping it on their side, it said it was fine by pinging my gateway. That was so funny after I have to correct Tony that I'm having problem with the DNS server not the gateway itself since I still have internet connection. Also, when I ask him to the DNS server I'm using he said it was fine on his side. Which suspect that's a lie.
Anyway... maybe they'll hate me after I post this. Oh well...
