Kenneth, I wouldn't go as far as to dump Cyberonic. My connection has been flawless , Although they do have issues with DNS, its really not Cyberonic's fault. They are resellers, of MCI(Worldcom) and when you call and let them know about the DNS issue, they should open up a ticket to get it resolved. My $0.02c
