Well they probably sent you the confirmation email and their server was down so it didn't go out. Or ... they sent it out and your spam filters killed it. tim
I don't have any spam filters....

And who believes Tech Support? Not me.
I signed up to be notified when the upgrade is available. Until I hear from that, or more users here. I won't hold my breath.

With two or three additional threads started with the same topic, perhaps the 6000 really is available.

One user said he ordered upgrade this morning.

Pretty cheesy for DW not to send u confirmation e-mail huh DOM........;)

"if you don't renew your contract, the equipment is 424.00"

This is incorrect. According to the CSR I talked to, you MUST agree to a new 15 month service contract starting NOW.
Not only that but he said there is NO 30 day trial period.

This smells - would they not give you a trial period if the 6000 works OK ?

When I got the 4000 installed, I had no leverage because the incompetent installer brought the wrong power supply which I had to get replaced myself (took two months with HNS) and they wouldn't give me an extension on the 30 day trial period !

My service has been on and off since then but I was willing to try a 6000 to see if it fixed my problems.

Someone please tell me why I should now give them the benefit of the doubt ?
