Has anyone come up with an answer to this problem. It is the most pesky little problem I have run into in some time. I delete it and it keeps come back?

New York, NY		 You cannot remove it. It will reinsert itself every time you restart Outlook or Outlook Express. Furthermore, Symantec tech support now acknowledges a bug in Norton Antispam 2004 that occasionally may cause Outlook Express to hang or crash
