This is incorrect. According to the CSR I talked to, you MUST agree to a new 15 month service contract starting NOW.
Not only that but he said there is NO 30 day trial period.
This smells - would they not give you a trial period if the 6000 works OK ?
When I got the 4000 installed, I had no leverage because the incompetent installer brought the wrong power supply which I had to get replaced myself (took two months with HNS) and they wouldn't give me an extension on the 30 day trial period !
My service has been on and off since then but I was willing to try a 6000 to see if it fixed my problems.
Someone please tell me why I should now give them the benefit of the doubt ? |

I WOULDN'T if I were you......maybe an installer can chime in here and give you more light on the subject.
