[DW6000] Intermittently not getting emails

I have discovered that I am not getting all of my emails. 3 were sent to me from a news server just this morning at the same time and I only received 1. Spent over an hour with DW support, made it to the Tier 3 guys and they said they would call me back. Anyone else having this problem?
