With the way the laws are I think it's going to enforce the DO NOT SPAM list.
At least, someone is going to design a Server that people can send OPT out links to.
When someone signs up all these links AUTO OPT-OUT.
I still think their OPT in approach is 100% better.
WE know that the government has the most intelligent people working for us. It's not like some of them can't spell potato.
