said by neutral : said by 35375105 : IMO the getting rid of the "you posted here" icon is the worst thing that has ever happened to this website.
I think I'm leaving now.
Weren't you "leaving" after the topbar went away too?

1 edit | reply to justin So I have to click on the Follow link. Then go back to the thread and click on site mark?
What if I don't want to follow the thread, but just sitemark it for future reference?
To me, this is a completely back-asswards way of sitemarking a thread. I don't see why I can't read a thread, and at the bottom of it, just click one link to sitemark it, not follow, click link again, sitemark, then unfollow. |

1 edit | Perhaps you can explain to me how it is done. The only way that I found was to scroll to the bottom of a thread (now don't forget, this is one I haven't posted in) and chose Follow. Once I do that, it takes me to my posts page and shows me the threads I have followed. However, I don't want to follow this, only sitemark it, so I open the thread up again, and once again scroll to the bottom. After following it do I only then see the option for sitemark.
If I am doing this wrong, I appreciate some suggestions on making it easier. |

| reply to justin I don't think it's that great of an idea to use colors that are so similar. The envelopes that are yellow or white really mess me up. They should be contrasting colors. -- Forum Posts: 12900 |

| reply to justin Any chance of you changing the 'orange' envelope to a color that is a little darker? I'm still getting confused on those.. it's not very functional if you have bad eyesight. -- ircd.removed.us - #dslr | oWn3d@removed.us |

| Especially with the orange " " bookmark icon being used as the same color. I think the orange envelopes should be returned to red. -- Forum Posts: 12900 |

Doesn't look like that's going to be happening though -- I have no life and no friends and nobody cares about me. |

| reply to justin I've gotten used to the changes, the topbar I wouldn't want back since I've gotten used to the new layout, I was just worried that newbs might not know what the four icons meant, and the color changes actually make sense, harder for newbs, but when you know what they mean it's more convienient, except I've seen topics be orange when I haven't read them. -- "640k of RAM is all you'll ever need."
