Buddies page

When I go to the buddies page now it lists all their new posts even if you've seen the most recent post. I liked the old way since it kept it compact. I see no real reason why to see their old started topics since I've already have seen them, denoted by white envelopes.

I preferred the compact view.
It would be nice if it worked like an Explorer window where you could click a "+" sign and expand the ones you're interested in seeing the details on.

The only thing worse than NO advice - is BAD advice.

It takes up way too much space if your buddies start lots of new threads daily.

the buddies page is not in good shape. I have no idea what to display there, to be honest. It'll stay like it is for some time until I get around to doing something sensible with it.

Or if you have a moderator or 4 on your buddy list and he\she locks threads....THAT can make for a realllllllll long Buddy view
