Japan Inc.		 Not only Flets but every adsl currently in Japan. In Flets case they call it ADSL More II and they're upgrading for free from 24 to 40Mbps!

We'll have to see.Acca will also have 40/3Mbps.I'd want to know what Eaccess will do. But even now Yahoo!BB is No.1. They even got a new transit service from OpenTransit/FranceTelecom.
