2 edits		 I just got mine a few days ago from »shop.pcconnection.com/ (a Cisco authorized reseller), and I compared their prices to getting one through Cisco directly - not that much different - $68 for next business day replacement, one year tech support, one year of IOS upgrades. If getting one directly from Cisco they need to "open a line of credit" on you - the Cisco rep I spoke to said this is no big deal, but I already got one through a reseller. By the way if your router is new it is under warranty - (my Cisco 831 has a 90 day warranty on tech support and a one year warranty on IOS upgrades and router replacement) then you can call tech support at Cisco 24/7 and they will open a tech support case for you over the phone - Cisco Tech Support is 800-553-2447
