 [Config] HOWTO - be notified of router events

I have a Cisco 1710 with IOS 12.3T configured for NAT.

The outside interface is connected to my ISP via DHCP.

Is there a way that a PC on the inside interface can be notified each time the outside interface gets, or renews its IP address from the ISP?

I presume this would be an SNMP trap/event... but where can I find out more about the specific traps/events a 1710 can produce?
