[Kerio 2.x] irql problems

i recently installed kpf2.1.5 on a XP Pro compaq presario laptop amd athlon and had the irql not equal or less whatever bsod (actually they were more light gray). this was occurring repeatedly on bootup but seems to have stopped since i disabled all the network adapters (National Semiconductor Corp. DP83815/816 10/100 MacPhyter PCI Adapter and LAN-Express IEEE 802.11 PCI Adapter) on my system that i wasn't using (one couldn't be disabled - 1394 Net Adapter but doesn't seem to be causing a conflict).

do you think a more correct course of action would be to simply unbind/uncheck the Internet Protocol(TCP/IP) from each adapter in question ?
