Get rid of that yellow navbar mouseover highlight!

It's so ugly! It's going to hog system resources on older machines. Did I mention that it's ugly?

I just noticed there have been more font size changes... Leave the fonts alone Justin!

*object* - Don't get rid of it. Don't stop messing with the fonts. It's starting to look smoother.

*object* looks good, might blend better with the site if it were light blue or something

*object* I like the way it highlights things. To me it is better feedback that I'm in the right place when I'm falling down tired like right now.

Hog system resources? I'm on a PII450 and it doesn't seem to be doing that.

Anyway I kinda like it myself. The color on the submenus is a little bright but it's not so bad.

Not even seeing the font changes, I guess my browser is overriding them?

Eh, I'm *neutral* on this one. I do, however, think that Verdana should be put back where it was, rather than using Arial.

How far back do you have to go before some mouse-overs with background color cause a problem? if you go TOO far back, then the browser doesn't support that anyway. A modern browser on an old machine will cope fine - probably takes more cpu to animate your avatar!

as for the font: yeah, ok so sue me, I changed the font priority on the navigation bar and the tabs. Arial is a narrower font than Verdana and suits navigation items..

Re: Get rid of that yellow navbar mouseover highlight!

Alright, it's just that it's changed so many times over the past day or two...

In my opinion, the mouseover colors give a "laggy" feel. I am by far not on a slow computer but I can see some situations when using a public computer it might be annoying.

I'm not mad or anything....

How the hell can a link highlight hog resources?? Wtf, are you talking about those on p1 66mhz?? .. I mean its only a simple line of code, the animated avatars take up more then anything, should they get rid of them to?

Looks like you have some work to do on your machine. It worked just fine on the old box I just tried....
