I agree with the previous response. It took me a bit of time to get my system tweaked, installed February-03, but except for the normal stuff, it's been dead reliable and Earthlink has answered or worked with me in every instance to resolve any issues.

Until Earthlink offers the DW6000 upgrade kit on their own, I will stick with my 4000 system.

BTW, if anyone is looking to share their connection over their internal network, OrbitNet has been great. Everything works, FTP, POP, SMTP, TELNET, HTTP(S) and the setup is pretty easy. I tried a lot of packages, thought PPPShar would do the trick and never could get FTP to work.
