To let you all know, I am a supervisor at the cellular phone department at a Circuit City store, and I could honestly say that 80% of the customers that I have, are asking to switch from AT&T to either T-Mobile or Verizon. AT&T SUCKS! There is no other way to explain this! |

| AT&T Sucks!! After 6 years with AT&T in the Chicago area, I switched to T-Mobile once I was able to port my number & it is like I was blind but now I could see. I never had more than one bar signal at home with TDMA (Digital) or GSM - the same problem at my cousin's home. With T-Mobile I have 4 bars signal at both homes. Their customer service has degraded, you can't talk to a rep without waiting 20-30 minutes and they employ rude resolution reps. |
