Upload speed has nothing to do with lag in games. Lag is usally due to high latency (high pings) and that is something that no amount of tweaking will fix.

Auburn, MA		 oh, i usually boot those bad pings from the server, but it still lags with over 6-7 people in the game (max is 16).
