Your download speed is about 81% of your "gross rated" speed, which is considered "OK". (Anything between 80-85% is considered OK.)

Are the others in your area on the same ISP? You appear to be hooked to an ISP in Irving, TX, and the hop time from them to you is bad (about 130 ms, which is the worst I've seen in the US). There's not really anything that can be tweaked to fix that. Sorry.

  I'm new to the forum here. I just got DSL about 2 and a half months ago. My speed is usually around 612/108, is there anything I can do to improve my speed? And my ping is the worst in my area.
