| Re: WOW services They are supposed to put a trap on the line for internet only people which will block out all tv services while allowing the modem to work. He also could have a package that has tv included(WOW has packages that cost the same for tv+internet vs. internet only) and he may have one of those packages but does not actually pay attention to his bill to notice it. Otherwise if he really does have internet only and is getting tv for free, someone at WOW screwed up, he just may want to notify them so that he won't be charged with theft of services. |
