I don't know why things are a blur. I can't help there.

Now, about the other stuff:
1) Click on "Members" over in the left column. It will open your "Account".
2) In the field called "5 digit ZIP code:", put your ZIP code.
3) Click the button labeled "Update Profile".

4) Go back up to your first post. Open the link on Line Test:. In there you will find a line that says: Line Quality. On that line, in the Results column is a hyperlink "View". Click it. In that page is a red box. Post the URL that is in the middle of that red box.
