Does anybody have a patent on the pixel?

I hereby patent the pixel. Every computer owner in the world must pay me for their resolution usage... I'd say $0.01 per pixel is a bargain!

Quick, set your desktops to 640x480!

EDIT: Note to government officials, don't get any ideas, there's no way to enforce a Pixel Tax.
