Eric Howes, the keeper and creater of the IE-SPYAD list is a frequent visitor of this site and he will announce his updates in the Security Software Updates sticky at the top of the Security forum so you really don't have to go off and check every 3 days Just check the Updates sticky and you'll know when a new one is released.
