Hi Bob,

You are everywhere!

I have tried physically removing the network card and re-installing and I still have the same problem.

The WAN Miniport (PPP over Ethernet Protocol) Device is disabled, and if I try to enable it the W2k Hardware Manager reports that it cannot find the file specified....

any ideas??

New York, NY		 After uninstalling the card you need to reinstall RASPPPoE, not just enable the device.
