It takes a lot of discombobulated brain cells and ignorance for something like that. I would like to say that it their opinion to feel like that, but when you are an employee? Come on, give me break. Max, you are right. If they would put some effort into their job, then they would not feel the same way...
Oh, and no, I have never even hear of those domains (neither has "whois").
They are registered to Abovenet communications, I believe... if anyone even cares.
