| Ashburn, VA Slowness I live in Ashburn, VA (Broadlands Section 15). and tonight PowerLink seems quite unreliable. It's slow as molasses (sometimes pages won't even load, and sometimes network communications simply don't go through). Is anyone else seeing this? Techs, should I tracert and/or ping any particular server to help determine where the problem is?

Well, I just got off of the phone with Adelphia, and am extremely impressed! Both techs I talked to were extremely knowledgeable and didn't blow me off like many do. I now have the new firmware, by the way, but no SNMP anymore. :-( At least the connection is solid.
