Hi Bob,
Thanks for the prompt Feedback to my questions.
After several re-installs of RASPPPoE I gave up and obtained a copy of WinPoet which then seemed to suffer from similar problems.
After many frustrating hours I decided to cut my losses and Installed a clean copy of W2K advanced server on a spare Hard Disk and I now have RASPPPOE working, yay
I now have to try and configure my system to share the connection on my network.
Previously with my cable modem I used NAT to route all the TCP/IP traffic to the cable modem.
Will I be able to do this with RASPPPOE? I have read a few posts on using ICS but I would like to have the control provided by W2K's NAT routing interfaces.

@verizon.net | Do you really? I could only find an article on ICS on Windows 2000 Professional systems. I could not find anything on setting up routing with NAT on Windows 2000 servers.
Could you give me the link to the said article.

| Hi everybody!
I have tried installing raspppoe on 3 different Windows 2000 Advanced Server installations and I have gotten the same error message:
"Could not install requested components. Error is 0x800700C1"
The last install was fresh with one NIC. I tried with both SP4 and without SP4.
Any recommendations?
Thanx.
