Can't get into my new SB 5100's diag page!

I tried 192.168.100.1 which worked on my old 4200, but it won't work on this 5100, any ideas? Thanks

Do you have a router?

Does it work when the modem is unplugged from the coax line?

Yep, I have a router, but I haven't tried it unplugged from the coax, I'll see if that does the trick, thanks guys! It's funny, it worked just fine with the router on my 4200, what would be different with the 5100?

I got the internal page on my modem to work, I kept trying to think why I couldn't access it like before, so I thought "why don't I try rebooting the router", I did that, and I can access 192.168.100.1 just fine now. Something so simple, and it took me so long, just call me dense lol

The 5100 has a built-in DHCP server that takes over if the modem can't sync. That can trip you up if you also have a router or if you have static ips and routing configured on your computer(s) for some reason.
