Hmmmmm guess I will not switch to AT&T. I have been with Sprint for about 4 years now. Their service was always good, but their customer service is horrible at best. They seem to be incompetent, and never see the same thing twice, but that's another post. Now I am having frequent dropped calls, so am considering a switch. Sprint told me to bring the phone in for an update. I told them I only bought the phone 3 months ago, and they said it should be done every 3-6 months. When I had my old phone, the service was perfect till I let them do an update, it was still good, but not as good as it was previous. They do sort of have me over a barrel, I am on one of their "Please stay with plans" 500 anytime minutes, unlimited nights and weekends for $29.99, and I get a 15% discount through my old job. Oh well, guess we will see if the update helps, otherwise it may be time to look elsewhere. -- When you make your mark in the world, watch out for guys with erasers. |
