I have contacted adelphia, local and head quater offices. The last one always refers me to the my local office, and the local office tells me that they never had anything like that before. MacLeech, as my last resource I will try to use the webpage you ferred to in that link. Actually, I am not even sure if I should persue this anymore. I get angry and discouraged when customer service people treat me like if I am trying to pull a scam on them. |

I just called Adelphia customer service and went from there. I do not understand why they tell you the never heard of it. It is still a feature at their website. I am sure the person whom you spoke with the first time may just have been misinformed or in a different department. Make sure you go to Powerlink support customer service. When I called they looked up all that I referred and verified that they have kept their service past 30 day's. |
