Hi guys! What's up with this? I got 3 of them...

Virus name: Download.Trojan
File: C:\HijackThis\backup-20031205-202819-376.dll
Location: Quarantine
Computer: IBM
User: Patrick
Action taken: Clean failed : Quarantine succeeded : Access denied

You have obviously cleaned your computer with HJT and made a back up of what it removed. If you are happy with the cleaning, just delete/clean the HJT back up file/folder.

Tx Nill but, that's what confuses me. I haven't run HJT for several weeks and Norton *suddenly* catches this virus?

Apparently they are just late with detection for it..
Probably just adware, low priority.

It's probably a trojan variant that Symantec recently added to its virus definitions, so it missed it before but catches it now.

TX guys! Makes sense! Latest Virus definitions were earlier today. Hmmmm... have to delete all the backups now for HJT in future or NAV will go nutz! d-oh!!
