| Anticipated????
Anticipate is an interesting word. quote: an·tic·i·pate v. an·tic·i·pat·ed, an·tic·i·pat·ing, an·tic·i·pates v. tr.
1. To feel or realize beforehand; foresee: hadn't anticipated the crowds at the zoo. 2. To look forward to, especially with pleasure; expect: anticipated a pleasant hike in the country. 3. To deal with beforehand; act so as to mitigate, nullify, or prevent: anticipated the storm by boarding up the windows. 4. To cause to happen in advance; accelerate. 5. To use in advance, as income not yet available. 6. To pay (a debt) before it is due.
It will not be something to look forward to with joy or expected happiness for the customers. This will certainly mitigate, nullify or prevent competition.
I convinced my husband to go with DirecTV eight years ago. He has been very happy. We did not have local channels but one before we went satellite. We had shut off the cable four year prior despite losing all of his news and sports due to raising costs two and three times a year.
It looks like we will head back to that again.
Wonder if antennas have improved since I was a kid. |
