That's why there's VirtualDub Mod.  Handles VBR MP3 and OGM alike. |

Is that the same as VirtualDub MPEG2? thats what i got. i actually got about 8 different versions of VirtualDub sometimes the newer ones choke but an older one will do what im trying to do.
