Hah, we've had free music long before '99 I remember downloading mp3's on my 14.4k modem from leeched ftp sites many many years ago.

1 edit		 If you wanna really go back, I remember being able to play 10 second music clips using POKE commands on a Commodore 64 back in the 80s.
