You've got great speed, you've got a reasonable ping and no appreciable packet loss.
I doubt seriously if there's any way to milk much more out of your connection.
One caveat:
What are your neighbors with Shaw getting (the people in your zip code)? Unless everyone else's results are way higher, I'd say you were probably maxed out. -- He who hesitates is lost. |

Based on an average large packet ping of 126 ms (your average 84.6 ms x 1.5) the correct RWIN for your conditions is 47,250 - which is virtually identical to what you started with.
